Losing Your Way is Part of Finding Yourself

I don’t think we talk about this enough.

That feeling of losing yourself… of not knowing what you’re doing, who you are, or where you’re going.

We tend to see it as something going wrong.

But I’m starting to see it differently.

Because a lot of the time, what’s actually happening is that the version of you that wasn’t really you… is starting to fall away.

The roles. The expectations. The ways you’ve been trying to fit into things that never quite felt right.

And yeah, it can feel uncomfortable. Even a little scary.

But that space it creates?

That’s where something more honest starts to come through.

Not something you force.

Not something you figure out overnight.

Just something that feels more like you.

So if you feel like you’ve lost your way… you probably haven’t.

You’re just in the part where things are shifting.

And that part matters too.
